Shipping Policy

We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 10 workings days after it has been dispatched by us. Due to the current Covid situation there might be a slight delay in delivering your products.

  • Free shipping is available on all products

  • We ship orders PAN India via couriers. We may include other courier services from time to time.

Return & Refund Policy

All products purchased from us are applicable for return only if there is damage/defects/wrong item delivered but the customers are requested to shoot a video along with the package to ensure easy returns.

  • Customers can return their order within 3 days from the order delivery date.

  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • A refund is applicable only if a mistake/error happens on dispatch from our end.

  • No refund will be initiated for any other cause.

  • No exchange or returns on Size issues/mild color difference. Please discuss the size guide before you order.

  • Exchange and returns will be accepted only if any product is received against the description provided for the product.

 

Cancellation Policy

We make an effort to fulfill all your placed orders. Please note that there may be some orders which cannot be processed and must be canceled. The reasons include shortage of quantity, errors in products, pricing, and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.​

  • For prepaid orders, please contact our Customer Care on the contact us page to cancel the order and refund your payment.

  • If your order is canceled after your credit or debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to your Card Account.

  • If the order is already shipped and unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it.

  • If you have accepted the shipment, no worries; you can return the product and exchange it for something else or apply for a refund.

  • If you desire any changes or edits to your order, please contact us. Our Customer Care representatives will help you out with customized solutions, whichever is possible.
